• Canadian wildfires, burning for weeks, continue to burn and spread, while news of a lost submersible, and sad loss of 5 lives, has been covered incessantly.

• Musk, Tesla / Twitter boss, said that his electric-vehicle company will be in India “as soon as humanly possible”.
